Returns Policy

We hope you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@scentrohome.com within 14 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
