Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

If you have an active subscription with Scentro Home, you may cancel at any time before your next renewal date.

To cancel, log in to your account at scentrohome.co.uk and manage your subscription from your account page, or contact us at Hello@scentrohome.com and we will cancel it for you.

Cancellations requested after a renewal has already been processed will take effect from the following billing period. We are unable to refund subscription charges that have already been processed.
