Refund Policy

We want you to love your Scentro Home order. If you're not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.

Unopened items We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Opened items For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on diffuser oils that have been opened or used. This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which permits sellers to exclude returns on sealed goods that are not suitable for return once unsealed due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Faulty or damaged items If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at Hello@scentrohome.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund processing Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.
